Pricing questions
What counts as one image?
Each file you convert counts once. Downloading the same result in another format, or copying its SVG code, doesn’t count again. Samples are free and do not use your allowance. Files that fail because they are too large, unreadable or too complex do not use your allowance.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Free resets every day at midnight UTC. The account menu shows your total remaining paid images. When your Pro allowance runs out, add an Image Pack, wait for the next period or open Manage billing to switch to yearly. With both, subscription images are used first, then pack credits.
What is Image Pack?
$9.90 one-time for 300 images that never expire. It includes batches of up to 50, ZIP downloads, SVG, DXF, EPS and PDF, with no ads or verification for paid conversions. No subscription or automatic renewal. Receipts are emailed to you by Link (Stripe).
Do credits expire?
No. Image Pack credits never expire. Pro subscription allowances belong to the paid month or year and reset each billing period; unused subscription images do not roll over.
Can I have both Image Pack and Pro?
Yes. Your account shows the total balance. We use your current subscription allowance first and then your Image Pack credits. You can buy another pack whenever you need more images.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the account menu, choose Manage billing and cancel Pro. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Image Pack is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.
How does the 7-day refund work?
If Pro isn’t right for you, email hello@imagetosvg.app within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount — no questions, no forms. Unused Image Packs can also be refunded in full within 7 days of payment; email us with your order email.
Do I need a password?
No. Your account is just your email. Each time you sign in, we send a one-time link. Links work once and expire after 15 minutes.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Manage billing. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
