Image to SVG Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ImageToSVG at imagetosvg.app handles uploaded images, usage counts and optional email information.

Your images

Uploaded images are processed in server memory only to create your SVG. We do not save image files, write image content into logs, or send images to third-party conversion or AI services. Image content and SVG content are not written into our database. Cloudflare provides the hosting infrastructure for this service.

Free usage counts and verification

We store daily usage counts against a one-way hash of your IP address and a random identifier in a cookie. We do not store your IP address itself in those counts; the hashing key is deleted after two days. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies free requests to help prevent abuse. Turnstile is not given your uploaded image.

Accounts and payments

Email sign-in uses your email address and an essential session cookie to give you access to paid features. Stripe processes payments; we do not see or store your full card details. We keep the email, order status and credits needed to manage your purchase. Uploaded images are processed only in memory.

Analytics, ads and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and tool usage. Conversion events include the image category and request duration, without image or SVG content. Advertising scripts are not loaded. Essential cookies are used for usage limits and sign-in. You can clear cookies in your browser; clearing them does not necessarily reset the daily allowance.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and security providers process only the data needed to operate the service. To request deletion of account information or ask about this policy, contact hello@imagetosvg.app.

The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as features change; the date above shows the latest update. See our Terms of Service.
