If Pro did not work for you, email hello@imagetosvg.app within 7 days of payment with your order email, and we will issue a full refund.

Image Packs

Unused Image Packs can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment. Email hello@imagetosvg.app with your order email. Refunded pack credits are removed from your balance. Image Pack is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Processing time

Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
