By using ImageToSVG at imagetosvg.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the service
You may use the tool for lawful purposes only. Do not disrupt the service, access it at abusive automated rates or process content you have no right to use. You can use a result commercially when you have the necessary rights to the source image; conversion does not grant rights to another person’s artwork, logo or trademark.
Payments
Image Pack is a one-time payment of $9.90 for 300 images that never expire, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Pro subscriptions are billed as shown on the pricing page and renew automatically until canceled. Subscription allowances reset each paid period; unused subscription images do not roll over. If you have both, subscription images are used first, then pack credits. Receipts for Image Pack purchases are emailed to you by Link (Stripe). You can manage Pro subscriptions through Manage billing in the account menu. See our Refund Policy.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for how you use the results, including checking scale and paths before cutting, engraving or printing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
